This looks good to me.
Reviewing notes:
- validated that the version increases were, in fact, increases
Testing notes:
- Ran a build locally and reviewed a mix of the generated files
- Visited various admin screens to ensure the styles and scripts were working as expected
- Made sure there was no change to the script-loader files during the build step
- As the tests are passing, I'm happy to presume the docker environment is running as expected.
